Happy Feast Day !
Today is the transferred Solemnity of the Annunciation. Happy Feast Day!
So, the Lord of the World will, this Christmas, be born not only in an insanitary stable, into a middling tradesman's family, in an obscure town, in a subjugated country at the periphery of a great empire, but also - thanks to the transferred date - as a premature baby!
