Oceanic Gem, has decided to start up a second blog, concentrating on stuff to do with the Extraordinary Form of Mass - details of saints, catholic heritage and so on. She's including references to her source material, so it'll be a useful resource.

Thanks for the plug Mac. Have some posts up already, and will have a flurry more of them this week, laying out some nuts and bolts article.
There are a lot of good websites on the EF already -- but they tend to be more for people who already have a good working knowledge of it. I'm looking to unfold the EF year -- with a particular eye to passing on tips for how "beginners" can get up to speed with the EF - Plus an eye to disseminating things from Old Missals, etc. that I find useful. I assume the reader knows nothing or next to nothing about the EF.
I will also have an eye out to bits of the spread of the Faith in the US, and topics of particular interest to the American Catholic, who's also interested in hsitory.
Plus, of course, items of interest to the non-US Catholic as well.
