Bishop Gene Robinson To Retire...
According to the report on the excellent LifeSite News, Episcopalian bishop Gene Robinson has announced he will be retiring "due to the strain of the controversy."
While in biological terms the "gay gene" seems to be a strangely elusive quantity (Deo gratias), unfortunately the same can't be said for this particular Gene (parce nobis, Domine).

Apart from the latter's moustache they could be twins. Weird.
