"Truly, it is the indescribable sweetness of contemplation which you give to those who love you. In this you have shown the tenderness of your charity, that when I had no being you made me; and when I strayed away from you, you brought me back again to serve you and commanded me to love you." The Extraordinary Form Of The Photo Fest...
Words are about as necessary for these photos as they are from the laity at a Low Mass, so I shall just put up a small selection for your delight and delectation, and then I will shut up...
At least the "people's altar" is a proper Altar with a nicely carved front, unlike the "3 concrete slabs to make a table" that disgrace 90% of reordered churches.

This is Maiden Lane Church with Indult Mass, one can attend every Monday at 6:30. God bless!
Only if you happen to be in the vicinity...
;-)
Luckily, I am in the area of Holborn every working day.
Those are delicious.
Pity about the freestanding altar blocking the great shots.
What a gorgeous church.
"But didn't we do away with that dreadful Latin Mass after Vatican II?"
;-)
