Summorum Pontificum Celebrations Continued...

Another video celebrating the liberalisation (never thought I'd be pleased to hear that word!!) of the extraordinary form of the Mass. Not quite as funny as Fr. Tim's original, but Fr. Stephen Fisher has produced an amusing and entertaining follow-up! I particularly like the circus music...

Mantilla-twitch to Mark for spotting this one!

I agree that it was not as good as Fr. Tim's video, I did not like the circus music at the beginning one bit and the whole sequence was too long, the second half had too many scenes of 'days gone by' Fr. Tim, kept it fresh, upto the minute, i.e present day TLM scenes and not too long! All in all, too hard to beat.

Brilliant.
A few years ago while visiting Lourdes my children noticed a Nun and asked who she was and why she wore a habit. A common sight in Lourdes and Rome rarely seen in London.

How can we expect our girls to want to become nuns since they have disappeared off our streets??

Why is the Pope wearing a stole with the triple crown on at the end? Do we still believe in that sort of thing?

Nothing will ever substitute for Traditional Roman Catholic Mass and sacrificial Mass is the greatest gift God ever gave us. Once I read interview with some Vatican official and he frankly said the 'template' from which NO was developed was Calvinist assembly. Very sad.
