Feeling Melancholy...

It's the anniversary of my father's death, and so, of your charity, can you spare a prayer for the repose of his soul.

  1. Prayers for both your dad and you. You must have lost him young.

  3. Done. Here in the US eastern time it's the 3 o'clock. So that worked out perfectly.

But of course. Prayers ascend for you, and for the repose of your father's soul.

  6. Mac, you have a way to go before you hit the "over the hill and down the other side" club.

  14. Don't worry, Antonia... I just get a little melancholy on his anniversary, but I'm fine really!

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and kind wishes. They are very much appreciated, especially since, for so many years, I didn't realise that one could pray for the dead!
